Unit 2

Well, i just finished listening to the Audio on relaxation and the first thing i thought was WOW this is nice, it is like Yoga without the painful stretches. The mans voice was really soothing and i like how he instructs you on how to settle down and relax. I also like how he reminds the listeners that this is their time to relax. It is only fifteen minutes long and i must say that with my hectic schedule that was a fifteen minutes well spent. Class, i hope you all enjoyed it. For those of you who found it hard to relax, just remember that we must be good to both our mind and body to actually experience integral health. And just do not think of it as being lazy, think of it as pampering for the body and the mind. You can never go wrong with taking time to relax, after all you don't want to suffer a mental breakdown later down the line. =)
